Telford International Centre

Twice a year we work with our friends at the Youth Sport Trust in Telford on 2 different shows. As they are a charity we have worked with them in trying to keep costs to a minimum. The 2 different conferences have always had different audiences and although we build a custom stage set we use it for both conferences. This means we can spread the cost over 2 shows enabling them to have a great set for a better price.

The main room is set for 1300 people with raked seating at the back. 5 screens are used along with video relay so that everyone can see all the information clearly. We also use a line array sound system for perfect sound coverage for the large audience. The use of LED lighting is now common practice in the industry and is used to great effect on these shows.

After the morning session on the first day the staff at the International Centre turn the room around for dinner and lay tables to seat around 1600. We then hold an awards ceremony that night. The next morning when delegates arrive again the room has been turned around again ready for conference.

On top of the main room we also provide stage sets in 2 other rooms upstairs for audiences of around 200 with a networking room in-between them. Plus an additional 14 syndicate rooms for between 25-50 people.

2 portable sound systems are also supplied for activity areas and in recent years for dance groups.
