Bespoke conference for 400 delegates in central London.

The complex programme required us to construct twin stage sets, one at each end on the room. During coffee break the rooms were split in two and two teams of technicians provided audio, video and lighting support for each set up. Both stage sets from concept to build and construction on site were all completed in house.

We also ran a third room where the emphasis was on interactive audience participation.

Using SKYPE we set up live connections with 3 consultants in 3 different continents. The delegates were able to have online video conversations with them to assist in their given tasks.

Setup took one day, with another day of pre arranged technical rehearsals. Day 3 & 4 were full conference programmes.
